William Harper has been a staff member, executive, Board member and adviser to Not-for-Profit organizations ranging from small community-based social service charities, to large, multi-faceted professional organizations. He has been extensively involved in developing, implementing and monitoring policy of all types in a range of organizations. He knows how to develop and implement practical, workable policy, rather than lengthy documents that sit on shelves.

William Harper is a Chartered Accountant, and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He has been involved in financial control design and implementation in a variety of advisory, operational and oversight capacities for some 30 years. His work in this area was recently described as 'brilliant'.
